The CMTR Cottage is a waterfront property.
It sits on a bluff offering a commanding view of the sea.

The beach is perfect for exploring at low tide. It is accessed through the adjacent beach park. You can literally walk for miles on the ocean floor when the tide is out.  In the summer season the water is warm enough to swim.  The water is deep enough for swimming for a few of hours on either side of the high tide mark.

While the cottage is very rustic, it is up-to-date with the all the modern conveniences including WiFi, Satellite TV, a dishwasher and laundry facilities.

The Cottage is inspected and rated by Canada Select.
It was awarded a 3 1/2-star rating as a cottage. (No parties or events)
